Our Kohala Zipline Headquarters is located at 55-515 Hawi Road, Hawi, HI 96719 • Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour start time • Park in our designated parking area with the “ECO TOURS” sign. #Directions from Kona: • Drive North on Highway 19 (Queen Kaahumanu Hwy) to Highway 270 (Akoni Pule Hwy) • Turn left towards Kawaihae/Hawi. Cancellation and trip limits

Guests will receive a full refund with a notice of at least 24 hours before the adventure begins. Cancellations within the cancellation period and "no-shows" will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the tour
