When you book, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email. Within this email, there’s a button that says “Get Directions,” which will lead you to Google Maps. You’ll first arrive at our retail store located in the Keauhou Shopping Center—78-6831 Alii Drive, Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i 96740, Space F-146. The sign on the door will say 174. (Look for it in the courtyard behind Tropics Tap House and KTA Grocery Store). Park near either of these establishments and stroll the remaining distance into the courtyard. Once there, your crew will check you in and equip you with all the necessary gear for your tour. From this point, you’ll drive down to Keauhou Bay—78-7130 Kaleiopapa St, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740—where your adventure truly begins!

There’s no need to arrive too early—we’ve carefully planned the schedule so you’ll have enough time to check in, gear up, and travel to the bay. Your check-in time is clearly stated on your booking confirmation email; just aim to arrive a little before that to soak in the island vibes!

Yes! You should complete and sign your waiver as soon as you receive your booking confirmation email. Inside, there’s a link to our online waiver. Each adult needs to sign their own waiver—only one adult signature is required for each minor. Your acknowledgment is vital for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
