Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellation policies are determined by the individual vendors and may vary. While we display these policies on our platform for your convenience, the policies themselves are managed directly by the vendors. As such, the cancellation terms, including any deadlines for cancellations or eligibility for refunds, will be provided by the vendor during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the vendor’s individual policies, which may include the following:
- Full Refund: Available if the cancellation is made a specified time in advance (e.g., 24 hours before the start of the activity).
- Partial Refund: Available under specific conditions, which will be detailed in the vendor’s individual policy.
- No Refund: Certain activities or bookings may not be eligible for a refund, especially if the cancellation occurs after the specified window.
The cancellation options available to you will depend on the vendor’s policy, and you may see one of these options:
- Cancel Before Start: You can cancel your booking a certain number of hours or days before the scheduled start time. The specific window will be displayed at the time of booking.
- Always Cancel: You can cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled start.
- No Cancellation: Some bookings may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, based on the vendor’s policy.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed according to the vendor’s policies and may take between 7 to 14 business days, or up to 30 days in some cases. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Cancellation and Refund Exceptions
Cancellations can be made through the platform based on the vendor’s cancellation policy. For some bookings, you may be able to cancel up to a certain time before the experience starts and receive a full refund.
- Non-refundable Bookings: Some bookings, particularly those with special conditions or discounts, may be non-refundable.
- Late Cancellations: If the cancellation is made after the designated cancellation window, no refund may be issued.
