We can pick up travelers at their specified address or the Hilo bus terminal. Please note we only pick up in the Hilo area.
Check-In and timing
Pickup is at 9 a.m. in Hilo area. CRUISE SHIP VISITORS: Upon your arrival at the Port of Hilo, our tour guide will greet you inside of the cruise ship terminal with a sign that says "Shaka Braddah Tours." OTHER PICK-UP LOCATIONS: We will arrive at your specified location in a white, 15-passenger Ford Transit van with our company name decal on the side door. Please be advised we cannot pick up guests from the Hilo airport at this time, but we do provide drop-off.
