Welcome to Hawaii.com, owned and operated by Wandr Holdings, Inc. ("Hawaii.com," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, newsletters, or other services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1) What you can do (and can't)

5) Travel & booking information (important)
  • We publish information to help you plan, but availability, pricing, restrictions, and schedules can change.
  • If you purchase a tour, ticket, or product from a third party, your contract is with that provider—not with Hawaii.com. We aren't responsible for issues arising from third-party offerings.
  • We do not process or store credit card data on Hawaii.com. Payments you make to partners are handled by those partners or their processors.
6) Copyright concerns (DMCA)
If you believe content on Hawaii.com infringes your copyright, please email Hello@wandrinc.com with: (a) your contact info; (b) a description of the work; (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you're authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

We operate from the United States. We don't represent that the Services are appropriate or available elsewhere. If you use them outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for following local laws.
14) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services.
15) Miscellaneous
If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy and any specific terms for features you use) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
