Check-In and timing

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled flight time to allow for check-in, and briefing. Check-in is located our Hangar at the general aviation area of Kona International Airport. Detailed directions and parking instructions will be provided in your confirmation email. A government-issued ID is required for all participants.

What to wear and bring

-Valid photo ID -Sunglasses (recommended) -Light jacket (it can get breezy) -Sense of adventure!

Cancellation and trip limits

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Flights may be rescheduled or refunded if weather conditions are unsafe. No-shows will be charged in full.
