Check-In and timing
- Check in time is 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Please do not be late. Refunds will not be issued if you are late or miss the tour. - All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to participate and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled. - All participants must sign a waiver prior to participation.
