What's Included
Parking fee is included.
The parking lot is located at 1448 Kalani St., however, it is not our property. If you are parking at this parking lot for the tour, please have a printed "Tour Confirmation Email" which you receive right after you book this tour on the dashboard of the car. If for some reason the parking lot attendant mistakenly leaves you a ticket, DO NOT PAY THE FINE, please report to our barista about the ticket ON THE DAY OF YOUR TOUR.
You will get to sample two Lion Coffee flavors towards the end of the tour. Also, you will receive the exclusive Lion Coffee Roastery Tour keychain at the end of the tour.

What to wear and bring
* Printed “Confirmation Email” if you plan on using the parking lot(1448 Kalani St.) - Lion Coffee will not be responsible for the fine if tour customers receives parking tickets because of NOT leaving the confirmation email on the dash board(the parking lot attendant will take pictures of the car, including the proof of not having the confirmation email on the dash board when they issue the tickets). - Hand written note would not be accepted as the proof of attendance of the tour.
Cancellation and trip limits
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
