Pick-Up Locations: Be ready at the designated pick-up location you selected during booking. Look for our clearly marked shuttle and friendly staff. If you're unsure of your location, refer to the detailed pick-up list provided at the time of booking. Check-In Process Upon arrival at your pick-up point, provide your reservation confirmation (printed or digital) to our staff. They will assist with check-in and answer any last-minute questions you may have. Late Arrivals Unfortunately, we cannot wait for late arrivals as we aim to keep the tour on schedule for all guests. Please plan ahead and account for any traffic or delays when heading to your pick-up point.
