Check-In and timing
Check-In Instructions: We are located at Kewalo Basin Harbor in Honolulu. Please meet us at the Gate of Pier A. To allow enough time for parking and to locate the pier, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Check-in will begin 10 minutes prior to departure. A representative from our team will meet you at the gate to greet you and guide you onto the pier for boarding. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled time, so please be sure to arrive early. Parking: Pay-to-park parking is available at the harbor for $2 per hour. We suggest arriving early to ensure a spot. Catching an Uber from your hotel is another convenient option.

Cancellation and trip limits
We have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule your tour, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. After this time, we will be unable to offer a refund or make any changes to your booking.
