The 6th Annual Kauaʻi Poke Fest celebrates one of Hawaiʻi’s most iconic dishes with two days of culinary experiences, chef collaborations, live entertainment, and poke competitions at Koloa Landing Resort. The festival brings together professional chefs, local flavors, and food lovers for a celebration of Hawaiʻi’s vibrant poke culture.

Event Schedule:

• June 19, 2026 — Poke Masters’ Table
  A multi-course dining experience featuring celebrity chefs and curated poke-inspired dishes.

• June 20, 2026 — Kauaʻi Poke Fest
  Features live entertainment, food and drinks, a poke demonstration by Sam Choy, and a live competition between professional and amateur chefs.
