Start the holiday weekend with a family-friendly chili cook-off featuring recipes created by Hyatt Regency Maui's culinary team and judged by Lahaina firefighters. The evening includes chili tastings, live music, specialty cocktails, lawn games, giveaways, and a community presentation honoring the Lahaina Fire Department. Resort guests and the public are welcome.
