Overview

SERA at the Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa is hosting a limited pau hana pop-up series in May and June featuring cocktails, wine, and curated food pairings.

May events are cocktail-focused and led by Dave Newman, while June events highlight wine pairings led by Master Sommelier Chuck Furuya. Each evening features dishes by Executive Chef Jeremy Shigekane.

All events take place from 3 to 6 p.m. Seating is limited.
