Check-In and timing
Check in at the Kona Pier. Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early. There is a free parking lot about a block away from the Pier. It is located off Kuakini Rd behind The Fish Hopper and Downtown Village Stroll. Once parked, it is a short walk to the pier. Head down to the end of the Pier near a group of yellow posts. Our crew will assist you in boarding and provide a quick briefing. If you do not see a crew member right away, rest assured they will be there shortly. Be sure to read what you can and cannot bring with you to avoid boarding delay.
What to wear and bring
*Bag no bigger than a tote or small backpack *You may bring your own snacks and water bottle if you prefer *Any medication you may need *Reef safe sunscreen *Rash guard or long sleeve UV proof shirt *Towel *Boat appropriate shoes. *Prescription Mask if needed (can rent at Snorkel Bobs or Boss Frogs) *GoPro or underwater camera
Cancellation and trip limits
48 hour cancellation. This means we need to receive documented cancellation notice 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour to receive full refund.
