Check-In and timing

Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour’s departure time at the Honokohau Harbor pavilion. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

Cancellation and trip limits

24 hours notice required for a full refund. No-shows will be charged in full. Operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be refunded or rescheduled
