This Easter, relish in Executive Chef Brooke Tadena's sustainable practices and indulge in island-fresh cuisine with a special Easter Brunch and Dinner at 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar.

On Sunday, April 5, 2026, enjoy a Brunch Buffet from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM. Enjoy views of the Pacific right from your table while taking your pick from an array of dishes—from fresh sushi and sashimi to custom omelets and waffles with assorted toppings like banana foster and Nutella. This year’s special brunch menu features Deviled Easter Eggs with tarragon, Glazed Ham with blood orange and brandy, and Kiawe Smoked Lamb Chops.

  • Easter Brunch (April 5): $111 Adult | $55.50 Child (6-10)

For those joining us later, the restaurant is also offering an Easter Dinner Buffet from April 2–5, 2026, between 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM. Dinner highlights include Kiawe Smoked Prime Rib, Misoyaki Butter Fish, and a decadent Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pie. Make sure to squeeze in time for a hand-crafted cocktail or locally brewed beer at the property’s rooftop hangout, Hinana Bar.
