Overview
The Honolulu Festival is an annual cultural event held each March on Oʻahu, featuring performances and exhibits that highlight traditions from Hawaiʻi and the Asia-Pacific region.
Festival programming includes stage performances, cultural exhibitions, craft demonstrations, food vendors, and family activities at the Hawaiʻi Convention Center, as well as events in Waikīkī and at Ala Moana Center. Signature events include the Grand Parade along Kalākaua Avenue and the Nagaoka Fireworks over Waikīkī Beach.
Admission to the Hawaiʻi Convention Center exhibit halls requires a ticket, with advance pricing starting at $8 for adults. Several festival events, including the parade and fireworks, are free and open to the public.
