Overview

The Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa will celebrate 125 years as the “First Lady of Waikīkī” on March 11, 2026 with a full day of commemorative events honoring the historic resort’s legacy. Guests and the community are invited to enjoy live music, cultural performances, special ceremonies, and interactive experiences throughout the day at the iconic oceanfront property.

Highlights include a commemorative anniversary ceremony in the Banyan Courtyard, performances by the Royal Hawaiian Band, live Hawaiian music concerts, artist and historian talk story sessions, a local maker’s market, and the opening of the resort’s 2001 time capsule.
