Hosted near Moana Bar’s wood-fired oven, the series welcomes acclaimed chefs and celebrated restaurants for special dining experiences featuring handcrafted pizzas, seasonal ingredients, and relaxed oceanfront dining.

Chefs Thomas McNaughton and Ryan Pollnow of San Francisco’s Flour + Water host a California-Italian weekend featuring signature pastas and wood-fired pizzas enhanced with local ingredients and herbs sourced onsite.

October 9–10, 2026 — Pizzana Pop-Up
Daniele Uditi of Los Angeles’ Pizzana brings his celebrated neo-Neapolitan pizzas to Kona Village for a special weekend dining experience. Recognized with a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, Pizzana offers polished yet approachable Italian dining for all ages.
