Join 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay for Rooted in Place: A Harvest Dinner, a monthly five-course dinner celebrating Kauaʻi’s seasonal harvest, Hawaiian food traditions and local farmers. Culinary Director Pete Ghione will introduce each dish, while a Waipā educator shares the stories behind the ingredients and land. A sommelier will lead the wine pairings. $25 from each ticket supports the Waipā Foundation.
