Town & Country Chef Series Dinner with Chef Mark Noguchi

Celebrated Hawaiʻi chef Mark “Gooch” Noguchi headlines the final installment of the Town & Country Chef Series at The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay, on November 7, 2026.
Held at Alaia restaurant, this one-night-only culinary experience brings together Chef Noguchi, Pili Group's Chef Nick Erker, Chef David Fernandez and the Alaia culinary team for a multi-course prix fixe dinner celebrating Hawaiʻi's local farmers, producers and agricultural bounty.
Each course will feature locally inspired ingredients paired with wines from Duckhorn Vineyards, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
The Town & Country Chef Series brings some of Hawaiʻi's leading culinary talent from Honolulu to Oʻahu's North Shore, showcasing the islands' vibrant food culture and commitment to locally sourced ingredients.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit Chef Hui, a Hawaiʻi nonprofit dedicated to strengthening local food networks, supporting farmers and building sustainable communities.
